Teens Reduce Stress at Arcadia Library

November 2, 2019 – The end of the year can be stressful for teens, so why not stop by the Arcadia Public Library for two fun programs that offer a brief break from exams, holiday shopping, and all that homework. On Tuesday, November 19, teens can craft their own stress balls and calm bottles at the Library’s monthly Teen Craft Studio. Drop in from 3 to 5:30 pm, while supplies last.

On Thursday, December 12, Go Team Therapy Dogs return for more pre-finals stress-busting cuddles and hugs from 3 to 5 pm.
