Karen Mac Nair, CEO of the Arcadia Chamber of CommerceKaren Mac Nair is the CEO of the Arcadia Chamber of Commerce and started with the chamber in 2016. She loves working for the Arcadia Chamber of Commerce and has seen the chamber grow and change so much. Karen is always excited about what the chamber can do next for the business community. The chamber has grown to help support the community.

She has worked in the non-profit industry for over 22 years. Prior to her role at the Arcadia Chamber Karen was an elementary school teacher and then principal in the East Los Angeles area. She moved on to be the Executive Director at the Santa Anita Family YMCA in Monrovia where she worked for 9 years. Karen enjoys working with community groups and loves connecting people.

Aside from her CEO duties at the chamber, Karen sits on the Downtown Arcadia Improvement Association.

Karen grew up in the City of Commerce and is the youngest of four girls. She graduated from Biola University in La Mirada, CA with a BS in Organizational Leadership. Karen and her husband, David, live in Monrovia. They have been married for over 20 years and have a grown daughter Jenna.
