Arcadia Weekly Launches Exciting Transformation

By Terry Miller

As many of our regular readers and advertisers will note, there have been some subtle albeit significant changes in both our print edition and notably our corresponding websites.

Our creative and spirited graphics and production team has crafted a more vibrant, attention-grabbing look which we hope will inspire more and more readers to all our platforms on a regular basis to get local, relevant news you can trust.

We’ve added some new features over the past few months that have garnered industry accolades and we hope you like the new, enhanced look of our newspapers and our vastly increased presence on the internet and social media.

As an independent publisher, we are not bound by corporate manipulation and therefore can focus our attention on unbiased journalism. Of this, we are profoundly committed.

Our team of experts in all aspects of publishing now offers readers and advertisers a unique marketing package that includes all the major social media applications. In addition to the more conventional print method, we’re bridging a generation gap { if you will } with a solid foundation of knowledge, news and the ever-growing power of social media and how these applications play a significant role in our communities.

Sierra Madre Weekly will morph into the Pasadena Independent June 1 and continue to publish news and information about Sierra Madre as we have since 1998. The Sierra Madre news will now just be under the Pasadena Independent umbrella and still available everywhere you use to get the Sierra Madre Weekly.

We hope you enjoy the new look of each of our papers and, as always, welcome your thoughts and or concerns.

The one thing that hasn’t changed in the company is our absolute commitment to you, our loyal readers and advertisers for the past 20 years. Since 1996 we have printed local award winning news and photojournalism, thought-provoking reviews, in-depth interviews, entertainment and commentary that affect your lives and your community.

We remain unwavering in our philosophy of being your local, trusted community news source. Print and digital. Simply put, we hope to give you the best of both worlds.

We hope you’ll continue to read and inwardly digest our look at your ever-changing world. Feel free to contact Terry Miller @ tmiller@beaconmedianews.com and let us know what you think. www.pasadenaindependent.com
